erp-diagnostic.fr is an online service that prepares the statement of risks and pollution (ERP) and the aircraft noise statement (ENSA) for a property, from its address or cadastral reference, anywhere in France, including the overseas departments.
Who publishes the site?
The site is published by Nova Onada SLU, a single-member limited liability company under Andorran law, with its registered office at Pack Guillemo, AD500 Andorra la Vella (Principality of Andorra). The site is hosted by LWS in Paris. Full details are given in the legal notice.
What we do
- a free preview of the risks at the address, before any order;
- the ERP and the ENSA as PDFs, sent by email and available for download in your account for 7 months;
- one free renewal, once, within 6 months of the report’s first generation;
- credit packs for estate agencies, notaries, diagnostics inspectors and property managers.
Our method
Each report is prepared for the exact address of the property. The address is first checked against the French national address database, then you confirm the position of the property and its plot on the map. The report is then generated from public risk databases: natural, mining and technological risk prevention plans, seismic zoning, radon potential, soil information sectors, natural disaster decrees and airfield noise exposure plans.
When a prevention plan concerns the property, the risk statement cites the corresponding order. The orders we enter ourselves are checked before being used in reports.
What we do not do
We do not visit the property: the risk statement does not require a visit, and the law allows the seller or landlord to prepare it themselves. We do not carry out the other property diagnostics (asbestos, lead, electricity, energy performance…), which require a certified inspector.
