Online ERP report price

A complete report — the statement of risks and pollution (ERP) and the aircraft noise statement (ENSA) — for €9.90 €4.00 during the launch offer, free renewal included. For estate agencies, notaries and property managers, credit packs reduce the price of each report: 1 credit = 1 report, for the property of your choice, free renewal included. Each pack has a validity period (1 month, 3 months or 1 year) that starts when one of its credits is first used; a pack that is never started expires 1 year after purchase.

How do you use your credits?

• Buy a pack: the credits are added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed (“Mon compte › Mes crédits”, i.e. My account › My credits).
• For each property, enter the address or cadastral reference on the home page, then choose “Use 1 credit” instead of paying.
• You can also buy a pack from your account: Mon compte › Mes crédits (in French).
• A pack’s validity period starts when one of its credits is first used: 1 month for the pack of 10, 3 months for the pack of 25, 1 year for the packs of 50 and 100. A pack that is never started expires 1 year after purchase. Your remaining credits and their expiry date are shown in your account. Once a credit from a pack has been used, the pack can no longer be refunded (see our terms and conditions of sale).

How does the free renewal work?

The risk statement must be less than 6 months old when the contract is signed. If your sale or rental takes time, you can regenerate each report free of charge once, within 6 months of its first generation, from your account: Mon compte › Mes diagnostics.

The documents remain available for download in your account for 7 months: remember to keep a copy.
